dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací vybrané metody průmyslového inženýrství (metoda SMED) ve firmě GRAMMER CZ, s. r. o. V teoretické části, která je podkladem pro vypracování dalších částí diplomové práce jsou z vybraných literárních zdrojů zpracované poznatky týkající se metody SMED a problematiky úzkého místa. Analytická část je zaměřena na představení společnosti, výrobního procesu a zejména na současný postup výměny formy pěnovacího stroje. Proces je důkladně popsán pomocí tzn. jízdního řádu výměny a jednotlivé etapy jsou detailně rozebrány. Na základě poznatků je vytvořen standardizovaný postup. Poslední část se zabývá ekonomickým zhodnocením, v němž byla na základě výsledků měření stanovena celková časová úspora.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the application of the selected method of industrial engineering (SMED method) in the company GRAMMER CZ, s.r.o. In the theoretical part, which is the basis for elaboration of other parts of the diploma thesis, the knowledge about the SMED method and the problems of a narrow place are processed from selected literary sources. The analytical part focuses on the introduction of the company, the production process and, in particular, the current process of changing the form of the foaming machine. The process is thoroughly described using the so-called timetable of the change and the individual stages are analyzed in detail. Based on the findings, a standardized procedure is developed. The last part deals with the economic evaluation in which the total time savings were quantified based on the results of the measurements.en
