dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá právní úpravou bankovní licence. Zaměřuje se na právní předpisy s ní související jako je zákon o bankách, zákon o ČNB a bankovní směrnice EU. Dále popisuje správní řízení, ve kterém je udělena licence. Zmíněny jsou podmínky nutné ke splnění pro udělení licence spolu s popisem obsahu žádosti o licenci. Současnou podobu licence představuje jednotná licence, ta se uplatňuje mezi členskými státy EU a státy Evropského hospodářského prostoru. Zabývá se také úlohou ČNB jako zřizovatele licence a současně orgánu dohledu a bankovní regulace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy thesis is focused on the legal treatment of the banking licence, so I have described the law of banking, the law of the Czech National Bank and banking directions of the European Union. Also my thesis has described the administrative process where the bank can be given. Then I adverted the conditions which have to be implemented to obtain succesfly the licence, of course with the content of the request of the licence. The actual concept of the licence is the integrated banking licence, which is used between the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. Also has dealt the position of the Czech National Bank as the founder of the licence and as the member of control and banking licence.en
