| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce má za úkol podat svědectví o případu mobbingu na jedné střední škole v Plzeňském kraji. Konkrétně se snaží vylíčit celou situaci z pohledu kolektivu zaměstnanců a především tedy oběti, která bossingu čelila. Diplomová práce je rozčleněna do tří částí. První teoretická se věnuje základní terminologii spojené s mobbingem ? tématu agrese, agresivního chování a několika jeho formám, které se v dnešní době v souvislosti se školstvím poměrně často skloňují. Tím máme na mysli problematiku šikany, kyberšikany a především tedy mobbingu v jeho různých podobách. Praktická část pak představuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření na výše zmiňované střední škole, které je rozčleněné do dvou základních oblastí. Část I se soustředí na vykreslení klimatu a vztahů na pracovišti a porovnává tyto skutečnosti na pozadí personální změny ve vedení školy. V druhé části jsou otázky pokládány konkrétněji s cílem zmapovat postoje učitelského sboru k celé této nepříjemné záležitosti. Poslední oddíl práce pak tvoří případová studie, která popisuje nastalou situaci z pohledu poškozené kantorky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this diploma thesis is to give the evidence of the case of mobbing at one high school in the region of Pilsen. Concretely, it is focused on the situation at this school from the point of view of employees, specifically, from the point of view of the victim who forced bossing from the side of director. Submitted diploma thesis is divided into three main chapters. The theoretical part is based on the basic terminology regarding mobbing ? topics such as aggression, aggressive behaviour and some of its several forms, which are nowadays, regarding the education, quite often discussed question. Furthermore, it describes the issue of bullying, cybebullying, especially than mobbing´s conditions and its different degrees and various forms. The practical part includes an evaluation of enclosed questionnaire (Attachement nr. 3) ongoing at the above mentioned high school. It is divided into two basic areas. Part I concentrated on the atmosphere and relationships at the workplace in comparison to the background of personnel changes in the school management. In the second part the questions are asked into more details with the aim to map the positions and opinions of the teachers for this whole unpleasant matter. The last section of this work contains a case study describing a given situation from the perspective of the bullied teacher. | en |
