dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku s použitím známých metod strategické analýzy. K analýze konkurenceschopnosti byla zvolila společnost Stauner palet s.r.o.. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a definice spojené s konkurenceschopností a strategickou analýzou. Ve druhé části práce je provedena analýza vybraného podniku za pomoci metod popsaných v teoretické části. Při samotné analýze konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku jsou použity metody analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, např. PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a finanční analýza s pomocí vybraných finančních ukazatelů. Výsledky těchto analýz jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Ze závěrů SWOT analýzy jsou formulovány strategie, které povedou ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSubject of this Bachelor thesis is the analysis of an enterprise using approved methods of strategic analysis. The underlying enterprise for the analysis is the stauner palet s.r.o.. The paper is structured in two parts. The first part contains a description of the theory, while the second part provides a practical application on the selected enterprise using the methods described in the first part. Analysis of competitiveness to the selected enterprise contains the approach of internal and external environment analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's model of the five forces and financial analysis using selected financial indicators. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis the thesis concludes with a guidance of strategic possibilities to increase the competitiveness of the underlying enterprise.en
