| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Správná motivace zaměstnanců může firmě významně pomoc se spokojeností zaměstnanců, ale také se ziskem firmy. Základní pojmy spojené s tématem motivace jsou popsány v teoretické části. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá vybranou společností, jejím motivačním plánem a benefity, které poskytuje svým zaměstnancům. V závěru bakalářské práce je navržené opatření, jak by firma mohla lépe využít své zdroje pro motivaci zaměstnanců. | cs |
