dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se především zabývá právní definicí duševní poruchy, nepříčetnosti, jejich historickým vývojem a v neposlední řadě charakteristikou trestních sankcí, zejména ochranným léčením a zabezpečovací detencí, které jsou těmto pachatelům ukládány. Hlavním cílem kromě podání právního přehledu uvedených témat je celkové zasazení do psychiatrického kontextu a uvedení příkladů konkrétních trestných činů, které jsou časté u pachatelů s duševní poruchou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented diploma work deals primarily with the legal definition of mental disorder, insanity, their historical development, as well as the characterization of criminal sanctions, including protective treatment and preventive detention imposed on mentally ill offenders. The main objective of this thesis, in addition to the overview of these topics, is to provide examples of specific offenses typical for offenders with mental disorders and their overall placement into the psychiatric context.en
