dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá charakterizováním rolí ERP systémů. Tyto role jsou následně analyzovány v konkrétní společnosti a jsou doporučena případná zlepšení. Jako první je čtenář seznámen s obecnými pojmy z oblasti informačních systémů, především ERP systémů. K ohodnocení efektivnosti systému jsou využity metody HOS, SWOT analýza a McFarlanův model. Na základě výsledků jsou v poslední kapitole popsány doporučení pro zlepšení informačního systému společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMaster's Thesis discusses the characterization of the roles of ERP systems. These roles are then analyzed in a specific company and possible improvements are recommended. The reader is the first to be acquainted with general concepts in the field of information systems, especially ERP systems. HOS methods, SWOT analysis and McFarlan's model are used to evaluate the efficiency of the system. Based on the results, the last chapter describes the recommendations for improving the company's information system.en
