dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá korupcí ve sportu z pohledu trestního práva hmotného. Hlavním cílem této práce je co nejlépe komplexně popsat a zanalyzovat korupci ve sportu, a to jak na národní i mezinárodní úrovni. Práce je především zaměřena na propojení teoretických institutů s konkrétními případy z praxe a dále také na porovnání české právní úpravy se zahraniční právní úpravou této problematiky. Diplomová práce se zabývá všemi aspekty problematiky korupce ve sportovním prostředí, popisuje právní úpravu sportovního práva, zabývá se definicí korupce a zkoumá jednotlivé formy korupce, které se objevují ve sportovní oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with corruption in sports from the perspective of substantive criminal law. The main goal of this work is to comprehensively describe and analyze corruption in sports, both at the national and international levels. The work is primarily focused on connecting theoretical institutes with specific practical cases, and also on comparing Czech legal regulation with foreign legal regulations on this issue. The thesis deals with all aspects of the issue of corruption in the sports environment, describes the legal regulation of sports law, defines corruption, and examines the various forms of corruption that appear in the sports field.en
