dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku pohledávek z obchodních vztahů. Hlavním cílem bylo vymezit nejefektivnější právní, daňové a účetní řešení již existujících pohledávek po splatnosti a také určit vhodné způsoby pro předcházení těmto pohledávkám. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky z odborné literatury. Praktická část analyzuje způsob evidence a vedení pohledávek po splatnosti, tvorbu účetních a daňových opravných položek z daňového a účetního pohledu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the issu of trade receivables. The main objective was to identify the most effective legal, tax and accounting solutions for already existing overdue receivables and to find appropriate ways of anticipating such situations. The theoretical part summarizes the information gathered in specialized literature on individual legal solutions and also the necessary legislation for creating accounting and tax adjustments and depreciation of receivables. The practical part analyzes the way of recording and management of overdue receivables at a particular company, formation of accounting and tax adjustments from the tax and accounting point of view.en
