dc.description.abstractPráce se zaměřuje na problematiku organizační struktury. Tuto problematiku práce rozebírá ve své teoretické části, kde popisuje prvky organizační struktury, faktory, které organizační strukturu ovlivňují a samotné typy organizačních struktur. Praktická část využívá teoretických poznatků a za pomoci dalších metod analýz ? SWOT analýzy a metody řízených rozhovorů popisuje konkrétní část organizační struktury ? obchodní zástupce. Výsledkem práce je pak série doporučovaných opatření k optimalizaci organizační struktury.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor theses is focused on the organisational structure theory. Organisational structure theory is described in the theoretical part of the thesis, where we describe elements of organisational structure, factors that influence the organisational structure and lastly specific types of organisational structure. Practical part of the thesis uses the knowledge acquired in the theoretical part and by using other methods such as SWOT analysis and method of controlled dialogs we describe specific part of the organisational structure ? the customer development executive section. The outcome of the thesis is a series of suggestions to optimalise the organisational structure.en
