dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá stanovením klíčových indikátorů výkonnosti pro finanční řízení podniku ve firmě KONTRON ECT design s.r.o. Firma KONTRON ECT design s.r.o. je součástí skupiny KONTRON. Koncern KONTRON působí v oblasti vestavěné počítačové techniky Embedded Computer Technology. Produkuje tedy jednoúčelové počítačové systémy. Práce popisuje firmu a základní trendy její výkonosti. Po analýze prostředí zkoumaného subjektu byla vybrána vhodná strategie. Ta je pak dále zpřesněna v rámci finanční perspektivy. Hlavním výstupem práce je pak systém klíčových indikátorů výkonnosti pro finanční řízení v podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the key performance indicators setting for the business financial management in the KONTRON ECT design Ltd. The Company KONTRON ECT design Ltd. is member of the KONTRON group, which is specialized in the area of Embedded Computer Technology. So it produces mainly dedicated computer systems. The thesis describes the company and elementary rends of its performance. The suitable strategy has been chosen after the environmental analysis of the company. The strategy gets more focused from the financial perspective in the following part of the thesis. The main outcome of the thesis is then the compact system of the key performance indicators for the business financial management.en
