dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Cílem práce je provést analýzu okolí, která je zpracována pomocí Porterovy analýzy pěti sil, PESTLE analýzy a SWOT analýzy a navrhnout opatření, která povedou ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. V průběhu práce se prolíná praktická a teoretická část. V první části práce je představen podnik a jeho činnost. Další část práce pojednává o analýze mikrooolí podniku, které je dosaženo pomocí Porterovy analýzy pěti sil. Vliv makrookolí podniku je analyzován pomocí PESTLE analýzy. Ve čtvrté části práce je zpracována SWOT analýza společnosti, která vychází z předešlých analýz. Závěrečná část obsahuje doporučení pro společnost, která by měla přispět ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of the thesis is the influence of surroundings on a specific company. The aim is to analyse surrounding area of the company by Porter's five forces model, SWOT and PESTLE analysis and propose moves aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the company. During the work mingles practical and theoretical part. The first part introduces the company and its activities. Another part deals with the analysis of micro-surroundings of the company, which is analysed by the Porter's five forces analysis. Influence of macro-surroundings of the company is analysed using the PESTLE analysis. In the fourth part of the thesis is a SWOT analysis of the company, which is based on previous analyses. The final part contains recommendations for the company, which should contribute to increasing business competitiveness.en
