dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace mezi učiteli mateřské školy a rodiči dětí, které mateřskou školu navštěvují. V teoretické části je uvedena struktura komunikačního procesu, jeho složky a možná úskalí v sociální percepci a chyby v přenosu informací. Dále je zde popsána komunikace verbální a neverbální. Práce se též věnuje vztahu rodiny a školy a z toho vyplývajícímu vztahu mezi učitelem a rodičem. V praktické části se bakalářská práce věnuje výzkumu, provedeného formou anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky jsou zde podrobně zpracovány formou tabulek a grafů. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro zlepšení komunikace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with communication between kindergarten teachers and parents of children attending the kindergarten. In the theoretical part, there is presented the structure of communication process, its components and possible difficulties in social perception and failures in transmission of information. The verbal and nonverbal communication is herein also described. The thesis further discusses the relationship between the family and school, and resulting relationship between the teacher and parent. In the practical part, the bachelor thesis focuses on the research realised using an anonymous survey. The results are processed in detail in tables and graphs. The conclusion of the thesis involves recommendations for improvement of communication.en
