dc.description.abstractTématem této práce je analýza a řízení rizik ve společnosti Rosso Steel, a.s. Toto téma bylo vybráno z důvodu vzrůstajícího zájmu firem o tuto problematiku. První tři kapitoly se zabývají teoretickými základy analýzy a řízení rizik. Zbylých pět kapitol je věnováno praktické části, která byla provedena ve vybrané firmě. Nejprve je uvedena charakteristika společnosti včetně její strategie. Následně je provedena analýza vnitřního i vnějšího prostředí prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy. Pomocí této analýzy jsou následně identifikována rizika. K posouzení významnosti těchto rizik bylo použito semikvantitativní hodnocení, které bylo provedeno na základě expertních odhadů. V závěrečné kapitole byla navržena opatření na ošetření rizik. Zjištěné poznatky a návrhy jsou shrnuty v registru rizik, který tvoří hlavní výstup této práce. Tento dokument může společnost i nadále využít pro efektivnější řízení rizik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this work is analysis and risk management in company Rosso Steel a.s. This topic has been chosen because of increasing interest in these matters. First three chapters deal with the theoretical basics of risk analysis and management. Remaining five chapters are devoted to a practical part which was made in the chosen company. First of all, characteristics of the company are introduced, including its strategy. Consequently, the analysis of the internal and external environment is made using a SWOT analysis. Then the risks identification is performed using this analysis. To evaluate the relevancy of these risks, semiquantitative evaluation based on expert estimates was used. The last chapter is devoted to the risk treatment. The gained knowledge and suggestions are summarized in the risk register which makes the main output of this work. The company can use this document for more effective risk management.en
