Úprava DPP a DPČ se opět mění

Abstract

Od loňského podzimu přicházejí velmi dynamické změny v úpravě dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr. První výrazné změny nabyly účinnosti od 1. 10. 2023, kdy došlo k významnému posílení postavení dohodářů. Letos v lednu následovalo zakotvení práva na dovolenou. Tímto však novinky týkající se dohod nekončí. V tomto článku Vám přinášíme přehled dalších změn, které postupně nabývají účinnosti od 1. 7. 2024.

Since last autumn, there have been very dynamic changes in the regulation of agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship. The first significant changes came into force on 1 October 2023, when the position of contractual workers was significantly strengthened. This was followed in January by the enshrinement of the right to leave. However, this is not the end of the news on agreements. In this article, we give you an overview of the other changes that will gradually take effect from 1 July 2024.
