dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce je právní analýza výběrového řízení na obsazení volného služebního místa v režimu služebního zákona. První část této práce je zaměřena na výběrové řízení jakožto zvláštní typ správního řízení. Druhá část je zaměřena na detailní popis jednotlivých kroků výběrového řízení dle služebního zákona. Ve třetí části se zabývám možnostmi právní ochrany kandidátů, a to se zaměřením na právní prostředky ochrany před diskriminací. A poslední - čtvrtá část se soustředí na případné možnosti legislativních úprav.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of Elective proceedings for the position of vacancy. The thesis consists of four parts and further there is an introduction and a conclusion. The first part of this thesis is focused on the basic principles and information about employment relationship (within the meaning of public law as a state service post) and the selection procedure as a special type of administrative management. In the second part there is a description of each step during the selection procedure from the legal point of view. After that (in the third part of the thesis) I deal with the question of possibilities of legal defend of candidates, especially this part is focused on the topic of discrimination in employment relationship in wide-range sense of word and I describe a few types of lawsuits that is possible to use for legal defend of candidates if they are discriminated during selection procedure. And finally I write about currently going legislative proposals that will may be change the actual version of the service law.en
