dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a následnou optimalizací vybraných podnikových procesů ve společnosti Škoda Transportation, a.s. V úvodní kapitole je představen a charakterizován vybraný podnik. Ve druhé kapitole je analyzován současný proces tvorby údržbové dokumentace, jenž má být optimalizován. Třetí kapitola představuje metodiku Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM), pomocí které má být proces optimalizován. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o konkrétním způsobu nasazení RCM v podniku a o rizicích a nákladech s tím spojených. Závěrečná, pátá kapitola ekonomicky zhodnocuje optimalizaci pomocí RCM a podává závěrečné doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis focuses on analysis and subsequent optimization of selected business processes in Skoda Transportation. In the first chapter it describes and characterises the company. The second chapter analyses the current process of maintenance documentation creation. The third chapter introduces the Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology, through which the process will be optimised. The fourth chapter shows the specific way of RCM implementation in the company and the risks and costs connected to it. The final chapter evaluates the implementation and gives the final recommendations.en
