dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces řízení rizik projektů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. V první teoretické části je problematika řízení rizik rozebrána teoreticky a na tyto teoretické poznatky pak navazuje druhá část, a to část praktická. Podklady pro zpracování praktické části poskytla společnost MARBES CONSULTING s.r.o. Cílem teoretické části je obecně popsat proces řízení rizik. Cílem praktické části je potom řízení rizik projektu nazvaným "Rozvoj informačního systému města Kraslice", který společnost realizovala od srpna 2018 do konce března 2019. V praktické části je zároveň představena společnost MARBES CONSULTING s.r.o. a stávající stav řízení rizik v této společnosti. Hlavní částí praktické části je ale celý proces řízení rizik (počínaje identifikací, analýzou, až po návrh protiopatření) na zvoleném projektu. Pro analýzu byla zvolena metoda RIPRAN, která je zároveň společně s registrem rizik výstupem praktické části této práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focusing on the process of project risk management. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first part, theoretical part, the issue of risk management is analyzed in the theory. These theoretical findings are followed by the second part, the practical part. The background for processing the practical part was provided by MARBES CONSULTING s.r.o. The main goal of the theoretical part is the theoretical description of the risk management process. The objective of the practical part is the risk management of the project called "Expansion of the information system of the town of Kraslice", which the company implemented from August 2018 to the end of March 2019. The practical part introduces MARBES CONSULTING s.r.o. and the current risk management situation in this company. The main part of the practical part is the whole process of risk management (from identification, analysis, to the proposal of countermeasures) on the selected project. The RIPRAN method was chosen for the analysis of risks. It is, together with the risk register, the main output of the practical part of this work.en
