dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na logistiku obchodní firmy Agrowest a.s. Cílem práce je analyzovat stávající logistiku dané firmy. K realizaci bakalářské práce bylo využito odborné literatury a osobních konzultací se zaměstnanci firmy. První část práce se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů, definic a cílů logistiky. Následující část je zaměřena na charakteristiku firmy a regionu. Tato část se také věnuje bližšímu představení provozu Domažlice. V dalších částech práce jsou teoreticky popsány činnosti související se zásobami, které jsou aplikovány na stávající činnosti firmy Agrowest. V posledních kapitolách práce je také vysvětlen proces oběhu dokladů při přijetí zboží na sklad a systém čárového kódu používaný na středisku Domažlice od roku 2010. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována vlastnímu návrhu zlepšenícs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis is focused on the logistics business of the Agrowest company. Goal of this work is to analyze the existing logistics process in the company. The work was realised by the professional literature and personal consultations with employees of the company. The first part deals with basic concepts, definitions and logistics targets. The following section focuses on the characteristics of the company and the region. This section also deals with more detailed presentation of the operation Domažlice. In other parts of the work there are theoretically described activities related with supplies that are applied to the current activities of the company Agrowest. In the last chapters there is also explained the process of the circulation of documents upon receipt of goods to the warehouse and barcode system used in Domažlice since 2010. The final chapter brings own proposal of the improvement.en
