dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat vliv podniku na město Františkovy Lázně a pomoci SWOT analýzy identifikovat město a vybraný podnik. První část bakalářské práce obsahuje teoretickou část, na kterou navazují další kapitoly. Ve druhé části jsou uvedeny základní informace o městě Františkovy Lázně včetně zpracované SWOT analýzy. Dále bakalářská práce pokračuje popisem vybraného podniku MONTI SPA, a.s., taktéž s jeho vlastní SWOT analýzou. Čtvrtá část je zaměřena na strategii vstupu na nové zahraniční trhy. V závěru bakalářské práce je zpracováno celkové shrnutí strategie pro nové trhy s následným doporučením pro vybraný podnik a jeho personál.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe purpose of the Bachelor thesis is to investigate the influence of an enterprise on the city Františkovy Lázně and use the SWOT analysis to identify the city and the chosen company. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical part, which is followed by the other chapters. In the second part there are listed the basic information about Františkovy Lázně, including processed SWOT analysis. The Bachelor's thesis continues with a description of the chosen business MONTI SPA, a.s., also with its own SWOT analysis. The fourth section is focused on a strategy of the entering new foreign markets. In the conclusion of Bachelor's thesis there is processed in the overall summary of strategies for new markets, with a consequent recommendations for chosen enterprise and its staff.en
