dc.description.abstractObsahem této práce není pouze vymezení pojmů controlling, nákladový controlling a souhrn teoretických poznatků o cílech, funkcích, úlohách a nástrojích controllingu, ale taky praktický příklad aplikace metod nákladového controllingu ve vybraném podniku. Práce je členěná do dvou částí, z nichž je první část teoretická, která sumarizuje poznatky z odborné literatury o koncepcích controllingu, jeho metodách, osobě controllera v organizaci a sledování nákladů v podnicích. Druhá část představuje praktické zpracování controllingových analýz a výpočet vybraných ukazatelů s použitím údajů z účetnictví zvoleného podnikatelského subjektu, který je představen na začátku druhé kapitoly, a s přihlédnutím k velikosti podniku a adekvátnosti implementace controllingových procesů s ohledem na specifika tohoto podniku. V závěru práce je zhodnocena současná situace v podniku a zvážená nutnost zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this bachelor is not only the definition of the terms of controlling, cost control and summarization of its objectives, functions, tasks and tools of controlling, but also a practical example of an application of controlling tools in the selected company. The thesis is devided in two parts, first part is theoretical, which summarizes professional literature about conceptions of controlling, its methods, the position of the controller in the organization and cost control in a company. Second part represents a practical application of controlling analysis and calculations of chosen measures using the data from accounting of the selected company which is described in the beginning of the second chapter considering the size of the company and adequacy of controlling implementation with respect to company specificity. In the conclusion of the thesis the reader finds an evaluation of the current state in the company and consideration of improvement.en
