| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce s názvem "Daňová politika ve vybraných zemích EU a její dopady" se zabývá charakteristikou daňových politik a daňových systémů České a Slovenské republiky. Práce má za cíl charakterizovat základní daňové pojmy, mezi které patří samotná charakteristika daní, jejich dělení, historie a vliv Evropské unie na daňové politiky členských států. Dále obsahuje charakteristiku daňových systémů České republiky a Slovenské republiky. Hlavní část se věnuje analýze a komparaci daňových příjmů a výdajů za období let 2013 až 2017 a výpočtu efektivnosti a nákladovosti daňových politik České republiky a Slovenské republiky. Dále je v práci provedeno hodnocení daňových politik na základě vypočtené efektivnosti a nákladovosti. Z toho vyplývá, že Česká republika dosahuje vyšších daňových příjmů oproti Slovenské republice a efektivnost české daňové politiky je též vyšší než efektivnost Slovenské republiky. V úplném závěru práce jsou charakterizovány dopady současných daňových politik a jsou popsány změny, které vlády v daňové oblasti připravují. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis entitled "Tax policies in selected EU countries and their impacts" deals with the characteristics of tax policies and systems of the Czech and the Slovak Republics. The main objective of the thesis is to characterize basic tax terms, which include the characteristics of taxes, their division and history. It also contains characteristics of the tax systems of Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. The main part is devoted to the analysis and comparison of tax revenues and expenditures for the period years 2013 to 2017 and the calculation of the effectiveness and cost of tax policies of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Furthermore, the thesis evaluates tax policies on the basis of calculated efficiency and cost. It shows that the Czech Republic achieves higher tax revenues compared to the Slovak Republic and the effectiveness of Czech tax policy is also higher than effectivness of the Slovak Republic. At the end of the thesis, the impacts of current tax policies are characterized and the changes, that governments are preparing in the tax area are described. | en |
