| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje stručný soupis historického vývoje a vnímání podnikatele v jednotlivých etapách ekonomické teorie. Hlavním cílem práce je porovnat podnikání v historickém pojetí a podnikání v dnešní moderní době. Práce se současně pokouší dokázat na historických příkladech předem zvolený předpoklad. Předpokladem této práce je, že podnikání v moderním pojetí 21. století se od historického vnímání této činnosti v praktickém významu neliší. Teoretická část je uceleným souhrnem vnímání podnikání z pohledu historie a ekonomické teorie. Dále se teoretická část věnuje současnému právnímu vymezení a podstatě podnikání pro společnost. Vlivu podnikání na historický, ekonomický, politický a kulturní rozvoj společnosti. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na vybraný podnik a to na Plzeňský Prazdroj. Ten byl pro tuto část vybrán z důvodu bohaté historie a z důvodu velkého významu pro ekonomiku Plzeňského kraje. Byly zde zmapovány a popsány obchodní techniky používané v průběhu existence pivovaru tj. od roku 1842. Bylo tak učiněno na základě archiválií, poskytnutých v rámci spolupráce s místním archivem. V závěru práce jsou popsány výsledky zkoumání. Zhodnoceno splnění zadaných předpokladů a cílů a současně popsán přínos této práce. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis provides brief view on historical developement and businessmans perception of economics in various chapters of economic theory. The aim of the thesis is to compare business today and in the past. It is also trying to prove that runing business today meaning in the 21st century, is not that much different that it was in the past which is the presumption of the thesis. Theoretical part is coherent summary of the history of running a business and economic theory. Further on this part is pursuing contemporary legal limits regarding running a business and its impact on historical, economical, political and cultural development of society. Practical part of the thesis is devoted to chosen company - the Pilsner Urquell. This company was chosen because of a bundant history and great importance to economy of West Bohemia region. In quiry of business techniques ussed during the existence of the brewery since its establishment in 1842 are described here in this part. All these facts are based on the materials provided by archives of the Pilsner Urquell company. Results of the research are found in the conclusion of the thesis. The presumption mentioned above is evaluated in this part of the work as well as the contribution of the thesis. | en |
