dc.description.abstractTato práce je zaměřena na internetové sociální poradenství v nízkoprahových klubech zřizovaných Diakonií ČCE ? Střediskem Západní Čechy, prostřednictvím facebookového profilu. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat zájem uživatelů Klubů pro děti a mládež o internetové poradenství pomocí facebookového profilu Klubu. Dílčím cílem této práce je zjistit jeho současné využívání ke komunikaci s uživateli a názor pracovníků na tuto metodu. Ve výzkumné části byli osloveni uživatelé i pracovníci Klubu pro děti a mládež. K získání potřebných dat bylo využito dotazníků pro uživatele služby, jejichž výsledky byly zobrazeny v grafech. U pracovníků Klubů byla zvolena metoda strukturalizovaných rozhovorů, které byly slovně zhodnoceny. Výsledky této práce mohou sloužit jako analýza potřebnosti pro realizování projektu internetového sociálního poradenství v NZDM.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on online social counseling in low-threshold Facilities established by Diakonie CCE - Western Bohemia Unit through facebook profile. The main goal of this thesis is to explore interest of users of these clubs for children and teens about online counseling through facebook profile. The operational objective of this thesis is to determine the current using of this method to communicate with users and opinion of other workers on this subject. The research was conducted by interviewing the users and workers of the Club for children and youth. To obtain the necessary data were used questionnaires for service users, whose results are shown in the graphs. For workers was chosen the method of structured interviews, which were verbally assessed. The results of this thesis can serve as an analysis of the need for realization of the Internet social counseling in NZDM.en
