dc.description.abstractPředložená práce si klade za cíl formulovat projekt, jehož účelem je získání podpory z fondů Evropské unie. V první kapitole je charakterizována organizace, provedena interní a externí analýza a stručně formulován projekt, jehož předmětem je vývoj prototypu nové generace kolového vozidla určeného pro hromadnou přepravu osob. Na základě analýzy dotačních možností je v další části práce vybrán nejvhodnější dotační program. V souladu s jeho cíli a podmínkami je projekt ve třetí kapitole podrobně rozepsán, jsou popsány jednotlivé etapy, harmonogram, rozpočet způsobilých výdajů, složení realizačního týmu aj. V závěrečné části je výpočty zhodnocena návratnost projektu, porovnány varianty finančního plánu, provedena analýza rizik, popsána udržitelnost projektu a zhodnoceny dopady jeho realizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted diploma thesis focuses on formulation of a project requesting support from European Union funds. First chapter characterises a chosen company, performs analysis of its external and internal environment and briefly describes a project. Aim of the project is to design and manufacture a prototype of a new generation of wheeled vehicles intended for public transport. Next part of the thesis describes possibilities of a subsidy and the most suitable aid programme from EU funds for the project is chosen. The third chapter includes a detailed formulation, description of the component stages of the project, a time schedule, a budget of eligible expenses, a project team etc. Return on the investment is evaluated in the final part of the thesis as well as comparison of alternative financial plans, risk analysis, sustainability of the project and assessment of the impact of its realization.en
