dc.description.abstractPráce popisuje historii, která vedla ke vzniku instituce soukromého soudního exekutora v ČR. Popisuje postavení soudního exekutora v ČR při exekuční a další jiné činnosti. Popisuje stavovskou organizaci soudních exekutorů v ČR. Práce také popisuje jednotlivé odpovědnosti soudního exekutora, dohled nad činností soudního exekutora, srovnává slovenskou a německou úpravu s úpravou obsaženou v právním řádu ČR.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the historical circumstances leading to the origination of the institute of private court distrainors in the Czech Republic. It explains the position of the court distrainor in the Czech Republic relating to distraining, and other, activities. The professional body of court distrainors in the Czech Republic is also explained. Furthermore, the individual responsibilities of a court distrainor are outlined, as well as supervision over their activities, and legislation contained in the Czech legal system is compared with Slovak and German legislation.en
