dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diskriminace v pracovním prostředí a hodnotí, zda současná legislativa dostatečně chrání zaměstnance před diskriminačním jednáním. Práce se zaměřuje na definici diskriminace, její různé formy a důsledky pro zaměstnance. Dále analyzuje současné právní předpisy proti diskriminaci, včetně mezinárodních dohod a směrnic EU. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována rozsudkům Soudního dvora EU, které se týkají případů diskriminace v pracovněprávních vztazích. Závěrečná část práce přináší výsledky analýzy a doporučení pro prevenci a ochranu proti diskriminaci na pracovišti. Práce poskytuje ucelený přehled této problematiky v kontextu estonského a evropského práva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of discrimination in the work environment and evaluates whether the current legislation sufficiently protects employees from discriminatory behavior. The work focuses on the definition of discrimination, its various forms and consequences for employees. It also analyzes current legislation against discrimination, including international agreements and EU directives. Special attention is paid to the judgments of the Court of Justice of the EU, which concern cases of discrimination in employment relations. The final part of the work presents the results of the analysis and recommendations for prevention and protection against discrimination in the workplace. The work provides a comprehensive overview of this issue in the context of Estonian and European law.en
