| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem bezdůvodného obohacení tak jak je tento obsažen a zařazen v právním řádu České republiky. Pozornost je zaměřena na historický vývoj tohoto institutu, právní vztah, který z tohoto institutu vzniká a dále pak na rozbor jeho jednotlivých skutkových podstat. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje srovnání platné právní úpravy tohoto institutu s úpravou v novém občanském zákoníku a s úpravou v právním řádu Spolkové republiky Německo. | cs |

Attention is focused on the historical development of this institution, the legal relationship which arises from this institute and then analysis of the individual merits.
