| dc.description.abstract | V diplomové práci na téma právní odpovědnost v oblasti myslivosti bude nejprve nastíněn vývoj a význam myslivosti, včetně vývoje právní úpravy, a stručně budou vymezeny stěžejní pojmy pro zpracovávané téma. Poté bude pozornost věnována odpvědnosti za škodu způsobenou zvěří a na zvěři a za deliktní odpovědnost (tzn. například vysvětlení toho, kdo je odpovědným subjektem za škodu, co se rozumí škodou či jaké se rozlišují přestupky a trestné činy na úseku myslivosti). Dále budou řešeny narůstající početní stavy spárkaté zvěře a pytláctví jakožto zásadní problémy myslivosti v současné době. A nakonec bude rozebrána směrnice o kontrole nabývání a držení zbraní spolu s navrhovaným plošným zákazem olověných broků, obojí ve spojitosti s odpovědností za škodu způsobenou zvěří. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In the diploma thesis on Legal liability in the field of hunting I first briefly focus on the importance of the hunting at present and its development across history, including legal development.Then I define several terms that are crucial for this topic. However, I pay the most attention to the responsibility for damage caused by wild animals and on wild animals and for tort liability. By liability for damage, I explain who is the responsible subject and what rights and obligations he has,what damage the wild animals causeand howwe can prevent this damage, including the application of claims for damages. In tortliability, I occupy with particularoffenses and crimesin the field of hunting. Furthermore, I point tothe fundamental problems at present, especially the struggle with the increasing numbers of wild animalsand with poaching. Then I occupywith the acquisition and possession of weapons in the light of the directive of the EP and the Council of the EU and its impact tothe exercise of hunting rights; I will also mention marginally about the planned blanket ban on lead shot.
