dc.description.abstractTato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - do teoretické a experimentální. Teoretická část práce obsahuje popis betulinu, patřícího do triterpenů. Dále se zabývá popisem používaných separačních metod (extrakce, destilace, TLC). Kromě toho také obecná definice acetylace a hydrogenace. V teoretické části jsou také popisována používaná rozpouštědla, klasifikace chromatografie v kurikulárních dokumentech a chromatografie vyskytující se v učebnicích chemie pro základní i střední školy. Experimentální část práce se zabývá výrobou skleněných kapilár a skleněného balónku, provedením extrakce betulinu, acetylací a hydrogenací vzorků extrakce betulinu a následnou preparativní chromatografií vzorku acetylace betulinu a výpočtu RF. Pak se v této části práce objevují ověřovací pokusy již zmíněných postupů vyskytujících se v učebnicích chemie. A na závěr také návrh laboratorní práce do výuky chemie na téma TLC.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is divided into two parts - theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part of the work contains description of betulin, which belongs to triterpenes. It also deals with the description of the used separation methods (extraction, distillation, TLC). Also there is a definition of acetylation and hydrogenation. The theoretical part describes the used solvents, the classification of chromatography in curricular documents and chromatography occurring in chemistry textbooks for ZŠ and SŠ. The experimental part of the work deals with the manufacturing of glass capillaries and glass balloon, extraction of betulin, acetylation and hydrogenation of betulin. Next there is preparative chromatography of the sample of acetylation of betulin and calculation of RF. Then, in this part of the work, there is verification of experiments, which were already mentioned in theoretical part and appear in chemistry textbooks. And finally, there is a design for laboratory work for the topic of TLC.en
