V teoretické části se zabývám historií tohoto institutu správního práva, uvádím subjekty veřejného užívání, jeho předmět a druhy. Z pozitivněprávní úpravy jsem se zaměřila na materiální statky, kterými jsou pozemní komunikace a vody.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe graduation theses on the topic public use you familiarize with institute od administrative lax, which is concerned with private and public law. Sence of public use is providing benefit, which has ability to be used. The objects of public use and in my thesis I focuse on the communication over land, underground and surface waters, water works. Subjects of public use are called users and their range is differentiated by type of public use. I discusses the types of public use, which distinguishes the general public use and special public use. The main difference between them is charging. The main part of graduation theses is the valid law of using communication overland and the current legislation of waters too.en
