| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Cílem práce je analyzovat mikro a makrookolí podniku a vymezit podstatné vlivy, které na něj působí. V první části se věnuji teoretickým pohledům na okolí podniku a na rozdělení těchto zkoumaných vlivů. Druhá část práce stručně charakterizuje zkoumaný podnik Elitex Nepomuk, předmět jeho podnikání, strukturu podniku a jeho historii. Třetí a čtvrtá část práce jsou zaměřeny na konkrétní analýzy podniku. Nejprve jsem zvolil Porterovu analýzu, která zkoumá především vlivy konkurence, substitutů, dodavatelů a odběratelů. Poté jsem provedl analýzu hmotných, nehmotných, lidských a finančních zdrojů. Poslední část třetí kapitoly tvoří PEST analýza, zkoumající především vnější okolí podniku. Ve čtvrté části mé práce popisuji SWOT analýza, tedy analýza silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb podniku. Na konci práce navrhuji vlastní opatření ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a výkonnosti zkoumaného podniku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of surroundings on a particular company. The principal aim of this piece of work is to analyse microeconomic and macroeconomic impacts of the company surroundings and define essential effects which influence it. The first part is devoted to the theoretical points of view on the company surroundings and on sorting of these examined impacts. The second part briefly describes the concerned company Elitex Nepomuk, the subject of its entrepreneurship, the structure of the company and its history. The third and the fourth part are focused on specific analyses. First of all I have chosen the Porter?s analysis, which explores especially the competitive environment, substitutes, suppliers and purchasers. After that I have carried out the analysis of tangible and intangible assets and of human and financial sources. The last part of the third chapter introduces the PEST analysis, which concerns especially the external surroundings. I am describing the SWOT analysis in the fourth part of my thesis, which means the analysis of strong and weak sides, opportunities and threads of the company. At the end of the work I am suggesting my own arrangements which might provide the scrutinized company with a higher competitiveness and a higher productivity. | en |
