dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je výběr budoucí strategie MEGAS-P spol. s.r.o. a její zhodnocení pomocí stanovení hodnoty podniku. V první části práce je formulován strategický plán společnosti na období 2014 2018, který je zaměřen na stručné představení společnosti, a je stanoveno poslání a vize podniku. Dále je provedena analýza externího a interního prostředí prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy, specifikovány strategické cíle a strategie pro jejich dosažení. Následně je formulován finanční plán, který zohledňuje strategii penetrace trhu a rozvoje trhu. Klíčovou částí práce je výpočet hodnoty podniku metodou volného peněžního toku pro vlastníky pro obě budoucí strategie. Veškeré výpočty jsou provedeny pomocí softwarové podpory systému EVALENT. V závěru jsou výsledky porovnány a je společnosti doporučena nejvýhodnější strategie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the diploma thesis is the choice of the future strategy of the company MEGAS-P s.r.o. and its assesment based on determination of the value of the company. The first part of the thesis is formulated the strategic plan of the company focused on the brief description of the company and determination of the vision and mission statement for the period of 2014 2018. Then the analysis of external and internal environment is performed via SWOT analysis, the strategic goals and strategy for achieving are specified. Afterwards financial plan is formulated, which takes into consideration market penetration strategy and market development strategy. The key part of the thesis is the computatin of the value of the company based on the Method of Free Cash Flow to Equity for both future strategies. All calculations are performed with help of the software EVALENT. There is the comparation of the results and the most advantageous strategy is recomended to the company in the end.en
