| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat problematiku krizového řízení, jeho nástroje a způsoby řešení krizové situace. Teoretická část práce objasňuje základní teoretická východiska problematiky krizového řízení, soustřeďuje se na zjištění příčin krize, určení její povahy a fáze, ve které se podnik nachází. Empirická část popisuje proces krizového řízení v konkrétním podniku (SP a. s.), přičemž hlavní důraz je kladen na identifikaci příčin krize, její řešení a analýzu vybraných finančních ukazatelů. Součástí praktické části je i návrh budoucí podnikové strategie na základě marketingových nástrojů (SWOT analýza). | cs |
