| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout vnitropodnikové účetní směrnice pro vybranou účetní jednotku, která doposud žádné účetní směrnice nemá. V rešeršní části je vysvětlen význam vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic pro účetní jednotky, legislativní úprava a další podstatné náležitosti, ze kterých je třeba vycházet při tvorbě vybraných účetních směrnic. V praktické části je charakterizovaná vybraná účetní jednotka, pro kterou jsou podle důležitosti a na základě představených teoretických znalostí a platné legislativy, vypracovány návrhy vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic. Vnitropodnikové účetní směrnice budou představeny vedení společnosti a po jejích schválení budou implementovány. | cs |

The literature review section explains the signifikance of internal accounting guidelines for accounting entitties, legislative regulations, and other essential aspects to consider when developing the selected accounting guiedelines. The practical part characterizes the selected accounting entity, for which proposals for internal accounting guiedelines are elaborated based on importance and in accordance with the presented theoretical knowledge and applicable legislation. The internal accounting guidelines will be presented to the company´s management, and upon approval, they will be implemented. | en |
