dc.description.abstractTématem práce je percepce kvality života u pracujících. Je zde definován pojem kvalita života a zdraví jakožto základní determinant kvality života. V práci je také popsáno vývojové období dospělosti a vše co s tímto obdobím souvisí, jako například pracovní kariéra, životní styl a životospráva. V praktické části je věnována pozornost výzkumu percepce kvality života u pracujících a porovnání mezi zaměstnanci a OSVČ, soukromými podnikateli nebo majiteli podniku. Výsledky jsou vyhodnocovány ve čtyřech oblastech: fyzické zdraví, psychické zdraví, sociální prostředí a vztahy a pracovní prostředí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis is focused on the perception of quality of life issues in working population. The first chapter describes and defines the quality of life as a seperate concept in the social science. Then in the second chapter there is described the concept of health as a basic indicator of the quality of life.The third chapter analyzes the developmental adulthood with the individual developmental stages.The next two chapters deal with the lifestyle and working career with regard to the current way of life, demands of society and working conditions.The research part is based on the basic knowledge from chapters in the theoretical part and by using of questionnaires examines the perceptions of quality of life of the working population.en
