Kapitola se zabývá §11 exekučního řádu a dopodrobna komentuje předpoklady k výkonu činnosti exekutora, postup exekutora při uzavírání pojistné smlouvy a obsah pojistné smlouvy. V závěru textu autoři odkazují na příslušnou judikaturu, související ustanovení, předpisy a literaturu.
