| dc.description.abstract | V této bakalářské práci je přiblížen pojem nezisková organizace a popsány některé rozdíly mezi ziskovým a neziskovým sektorem. Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit hospodaření neziskové organizace DHC Plzeň a porovnat její fungování, a to jak finanční, tak nefinanční ukazatele, s konkurenční neziskovou organizací DHC Slavia Praha. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, první část je teoretická. Jejím cílem je vymezit pojem neziskové organizace. Určit, jaké druhy máme v České republice, jak funguje jejich financování, účetnictví a jaké mají daňové úlevy. V praktické části je pak porovnávání na principu benchmarkingu dvou konkurenčních neziskových organizací DHC Plzeň a DHC Slavia Praha. Porovnávány byly finanční i nefinanční ukazatele, poslední části je vyhodnocení jednotlivých rozdílů a doporučení, v čem se klub DHC Plzeň může zlepšit. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In this bachelor thesis, the concept of a nonprofit organization is outlined, and some differences between the for-profit and nonprofit sectors are described. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the management of the nonprofit organization DHC Plzeň and compare its operation, both financially and non-financially, with the competitive nonprofit organization DHC Slavia Prague. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, aiming to define the types of nonprofit organizations in the Czech Republic, how their financing works, their accounting practices, and the tax exemptions they receive. The practical part involves benchmarking comparison between two competitive nonprofit organizations, DHC Plzeň and DHC Slavia Prague. Both financial and non-financial indicators were compared. The final section evaluates the differences identified and provides recommendations for areas where the DHC Plzeň club can improve. | en |
