Postřehy z Parlamentní shromáždění Rady Evropy, které proběhlo v říjnu 2023. Parlamentní shromáždění Rady Evropy je statutární orgán Rady Evropy a jeho výbory hrají důležitou roli při hodnocení aktuálních lidskoprávních problémů. Schází se čtyřikrát ročně na týdenních plenárních zasedáních ve Štrasburku, kde řeší udržování demokratických standardů v členských státech.
