dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce "Podnikatelský plán vybraného podniku" je sestavit podnikatelský plán včetně dílčích plánů. První část práce popisuje teoretickou strukturu podnikatelského plánu. V druhé kapitole je pozornost zaměřena na ekologické zemědělství, včetně označení produktů a dotačních programů tohoto zemědělství. Praktická část práce zahrnuje sestavení podnikatelského plánu ve vazbě na konkrétní podnik - Ekofarmu Útušice. Návrhy v podnikatelském plánu jsou doplněny o finanční propočty a výpočet návratnosti vložených prostředků, což je následováno hodnocením rizik a návrhy na jejich eliminaci. Navržený podnikatelský plán může sloužit jako podklad pro rozvoj Ekofarmy Útušice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the thesis "The business plan of a particular company" is to prepare a business plan including component plans. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical structure of the business plan. The second chapter deals with organic agriculture including product labels and subsidy programs of this agriculture. The practical part of the work includes making a business plan in relation to a particular company - Utusice Ecofarm. The proposals in the business plan are supplemented with the financial calculations and the calculation of the rate of the investment return followed by the risk assessments and the proposals for their elimination. The recommendations and suggestions might be used for the development of the Utusice Ecofarm.en
