Abstract
Článek obecně nastiňuje postavení správce závodu v průběhu exekuce prodejem závod. Článek podrobně pojednává o tom, kdo a jakým způsobe může být ustanoven správcem závodu, jakož io o právech a povinnostech správce závodu při správě závodu, včetně nároku správce závodu na úhradu odměny a hotových výdajů za svou činnost.
The article generally outlines the position of the plant administrator during the execution by sale of the plant. The article discusses in detail who and how the plant manager can be appointed, as well as the rights and obligations of the plant manager in the management of the plant, including the right of the plant manager to payment of remuneration and out-of-pocket expenses for his activities.
