dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je Podpora rodin s dětmi v zemích OECD. Práce se obsahově člení do šesti samostatných kapitol, které se blíže věnují analýze a porovnání systémů rodinné podpory ve třech vybraných zemích OECD. Kapitola první obecně uvádí do problematiky sociální a rodinné politiky a zmiňuje dílčí formy podpory pro rodiny s dětmi. Kapitola druhá, třetí a čtvrtá je každá jednotlivě vyhrazena analýze systému rodinných opatření v České republice, Rakousku a Lucembursku. Pátá kapitola přináší finální porovnání těchto systémů mezi sebou a poslední kapitola na základě této komparace navrhuje případná řešení. Závěr práce je určen ke zhodnocení finanční stability České republiky ve vztahu k ostatním zkoumaným zemím.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of my Bachelor thesis is Support for families with children in OECD countries and the aim of this thesis is to analyse and compare, in a theoretical way, individual family benefits in chosen three member countries of OECD - Czech Republic, Austria and Luxembourg. In the first part, general information about social and family policy are presented and there are also described the main types of support for families with children. The thesis then separately identifies the uses of aforementioned types of family support in each of three countries. The fifth part compares family benefits between countries in detail and the last part suggests possible solutions. In conclusion, this thesis evaluates Czech financial stability in relation to the other selected countries.en
