dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá současnými problémy na trhu práce v Mosteckém regionu. Cílem je teoreticky popsat trh práce, problematiku nezaměstnanosti a její příčiny a v praktické části se zaměřit na negativní jevy, které se zde vyskytují, jejich možné řešení a porovnání současné situace s minulými roky. První tři kapitoly se zabývají teorií, respektive popsáním trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti a státní politiky zaměstnanosti a čtvrtá, společně s pátou kapitolou, prakticky pojednávají o analýze trhu práce na Mostecku v letech 2016 až 2018 a problémy na trhu práce na Mostecku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on current problems in the labor market in the Mostecký region. The goal is to theoretically describe the labor market, the problems of unemployment and its causes and in the practical part to focus on the negative phenomena that occur here, thein possible solution and comparison the current situation with the past years. The first three chapters deal with theory, respectively with the description of the labor market, unemployment and state employment policy, and the fourth, together with the fifth chapter, deal with the analysis of the labor market in the Mostecko between years 2016 and 2018 and the labor market problems in the Mostecko.en
