dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je zhodnotit, jaký má charakter vybraných organizací vliv na profesionalitu sociální práce z pohledu vedoucích sociálních pracovníků. Práce se zaměřuje na propojení dvou hlavních témat výzkumného zájmu. Konkrétně na profesionalitu a charakter organizace, což blíže popisuji v teoretické části práce. Tento výzkum jsem prováděla pomocí kvalitativní metodologie. Participanty se stali vedoucí pracovníci vybraných organizací. Za hlavní kritéria výběru organizací jsem určila především velikost organizace a typ pracoviště. Typem pracoviště je myšleno, zda se jedná o neziskovou organizaci, státní organizaci či organizaci jejímž poskytovatelem je církev.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to evaluate how the character of selected organizations influences the professionalism of social work from the perspective of senior social workers. The thesis focuses on the interconnection of two main research topicsnamely, professionalism and the character of the organizationwhich are described in more detail in the theoretical part of the thesis. This research was conducted using a qualitative methodology. The participants were senior staff members from selected organizations. The main criteria for selecting the organizations were primarily their size and the type of workplace. The type of workplace refers to whether the organization is a non-profit, a state institution, or an organization provided by a church.en
