dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou porozumění, komunikace a interakce napříč generacemi X, Y, Z. Výzkum bude vytvořen s pomocí oslovených respondentů různých věkových kategorií, kteří vyplní k tomu vytvořený dotazník a tím vysloví svůj osobní názor ohledně komunikace a porozumění mezi generacemi. Do šetření bude zahrnuto, jestli se někdy vyskytl komunikační problém v jejich osobním prostoru, případně s jakými věkovými skupinami. Cílem výzkumu je také zjistit, zda příčinami problematické komunikace jsou rozdílnosti mezi generacemi nebo spíše přístupy a chování konkrétních jedinců.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of understanding, communication and interaction across generations X, Y, Z. The research will be created with the help of respondents of different age categories, who will fill out a created questionnaire and express their personal opinion regarding communication and understanding between generations. The investigation will include if there has ever been a communication problem in their personal space or with any age groups. The aim of the research is also to find out whether the causes of problematic communication are differences between generations or rather the approaches and behavior of specific individuals.en
