| dc.description.abstract | Moje diplomová práce se věnuje problematice šikany na základní škole. V první části popisuji teoretické aspekty šikany. V druhé části jsem se zaměřila na jednu konkrétní školu a zjistila jsem, jak jsou na tom s problematikou šikany. Mé výsledky byly pro mě překvapením. Myslela jsem, že šikana se bude vyskytovat méně a učitelé jí budou spíše ignorovat. Zjistila jsem, že ačkoliv se šikana na této základní škole vyskytuje, učitelé s ní zdatně bojují a děti tuto problematiku velice dobře chápou. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The dissertation deals with the issues of bullying in elementary school. The first part describes the theoretical aspects of bullying. In the second part I focused on one specific school and I discovered how they are understand issue of bullying. My results were a surprise for me. I thought that bullying will occur less and teachers are more likely to ignore it. I discovered that the bullying in the elementary school are exists, teachers are fighting with this efficiently and children this issue very well understood. | en |
