dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na proces orientace nových zaměstnanců ve výrobní společnosti. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat proces orientace jako klíčové součásti moderních přístupů personálního řízení, popsat prostředky pro efektivní dosažení procesu orientace, zhodnotit a předložit vlastní návrhy ke zlepšení jeho efektivity. První část práce obsahuje teoretické zásady a popisuje proces příchodu nového zaměstnance do organizace, který zahrnuje získávání pracovníků, jejich příjem a motivaci. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy socializace, orientace a adaptace, cíle a časový plán orientačního procesu. Praktickou část tvoří představení společnosti Hutchinson s. r. o., analýza a hodnocení jednotlivých fází procesu orientace nových pracovníků ve výrobním oddělení. Závěrečná část práce je zaměřená na zpracování návrhu na zlepšení procesu orientace a jeho efektivity.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused upon the orientation process of new employees in the industrial firm. The goal of the given thesis is to overview the process of the orientation, as a key combination part of the modern personnel management approach; to describe the facilities for the effective orientation achievement, to evaluate, to create and offer my own ideas for the effectiveness improvement. The first part of the paper contains theoretical principals and describes process, of the new personnel recruitment in to organization, which includes: search for the suitable candidates, enrolment and motivation. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis described the definitions such as socialization, orientation, adaptation, goal description and the orientation process. The practical part contains introduction with Hutchinson s. r. o. organization, analysis and estimation of the particular phases of the orientation process, for the new staff in the production department. The final part of the given work offers development of the orientation process and its improvement, and further enhancement of the effectiveness.en
