dc.description.abstractA number of copyright court legal cases against generative artificial intelligence („AI“) companies are currently pending, especially in the United States. The major claims include an illegal use of author’s work for AI models training, rights of authors to outputs generated by AI and a liability of copyrights infringement in a commercial use of AI. The paper provides an overview of the cases as well as a position on protection of copyrights.en
dc.description.abstractV současnosti probíhá několik soudních sporů týkajících se autorských práv proti společnostem zabývajícím se generativní umělou inteligencí („AI“), zejména ve Spojených státech. Mezi hlavní nároky patří nezákonné použití autorského díla na trénování modelů AI, práva autorů na výstupy generované AI a odpovědnost za porušení autorských práv při komerčním využití AI. Článek poskytuje přehled případů, jakož i stanovisko k ochraně autorských práv.cz
