dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá velmi aktuálním tématem sdílené ekonomiky a jejími daňovými aspekty. První část práce se zabývá uvedením do problematiky sdílení a představením jeho nejčastějších forem - ubytování, doprava/cestování, finance, freelancing. Ve druhé části je provedena analýza zaměřená na společnosti Uber a Airbnb. Pozornost je věnována daňovému zatížení těchto platforem. Práce se dále věnuje regulaci sdílené ekonomiky, pro kterou jsou v závěru práce představena určitá doporučení, která by byla vhodná přijmout pro budoucí rozvoj.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor's Thesis deals with the very topical subject of sharing economy and it's tax aspects. The first part of the thesis deals with the introduction to the issue of sharing and it's most common forms - accommodation, transport / travel, finance and freelancing. In the second part there is an analysis focused on Uber and Airbnb. Attention is paid to the tax burden of these platforms. The thesis also deals with the regulation of the shared economy, for which certain recommendations are presented at the end of the work, which would be appropriate to adopt for future development.en
