dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení vlivu celosvětové finanční krize na podnik DSP-MARKET s.r.o. Toto zhodnocení bylo provedeno na základě finanční analýzy. Úvodní část vymezuje ekonomické a hospodářské krize, které nejvíce ovlivnily historii světa. Popisuje, jak krize 21. století poznamenala a ovlivnila svět. Dále je nástin, jak krize dopadla na samotnou Českou republiku a odvětví stavebnictví v tuzemsku. Těžištěm práce je provedená finanční analýza podniku a zároveň její interpretace. Provedená finanční analýza vychází z období 2007-2012. Na základě odborné literatury jsou dále popsány nástroje krizového řízení, krizový manažer i samotné krizové řízení podniku. V souladu s provedenou finanční analýzou jsou navržena opatření, která by firmě měla pomoci v dalším rozvoji.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on assessing the influence of the global economic crisis on the DSP-MARKET s.r.o. company. The assessment was done based on a financial analysis. The introduction states the economic crises that most influenced the world history. It describes how the crisis of the 21st centrury changed and influenced the world. Further there is a survey how the crisis influenced the Czech Republic and especially the building industry in our country. The crux of bachelor thesis is the financial analysis of the enterprise and its interpretation. The financial analysis was done for the period of 2007-2012. With the help of expert books crisis management tools, crisis manager and managing the enterprise in the time of crisis are described. Together with the financial analysis and its interpretation also measures are proposed that should help the enterprise to develop in future.en
